CallReclaim
Terms of Service
Last updated August 6, 2026
These Terms govern use of CallReclaim, a missed-call customer-care tool for participating businesses. The participating business is the sender of its customer messages. CallReclaim supplies the software and processes call and message data on that business's instructions.
Permitted Use
The service may be used to receive qualified unanswered-call forwards, record an approved website or voice-menu SMS request, verify consent and the originating business call path, detect missed calls, send the one requested customer-care text, store customer conversations, summarize inquiries, notify business owners, and support human replies after the customer replies.
Consent
Calling a participating business alone does not opt the caller into SMS. Each business program uses only the consent method disclosed on its business-specific page and registered with its carrier campaign. That method may be an optional website request verified during the call, or a branded Press-1 choice offered only after the business does not answer. Declining, giving no input, or failing verification sends no SMS. Choosing SMS is voluntary and is not required to call, make a purchase, or receive service.
In the website-request mode, a six-digit code entered during the call only verifies the earlier consent receipt and does not itself collect consent. In post-miss mode, only the affirmative Press-1 choice at the disclosed recovery prompt collects consent.
Messaging Scope
Businesses must use the service only for messages related to the customer's inquiry. Cold outreach, purchased lists, unrelated bulk campaigns, spam, and deceptive messaging are not allowed.
Frequency, Rates, HELP, and STOP
Each recorded opt-in event authorizes one automated missed-call text for the matching call. Further human messages require the customer to reply and are limited to that conversation. No scheduled automated follow-up is sent. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to opt out. No further customer-care messages may be sent after STOP unless the customer restores the prior conversation scope with START or UNSTOP.
Business Responsibility
Businesses are responsible for the accuracy of their account details, owner phone numbers, telecommunications-provider registration information, customer communications, and compliance with applicable laws and carrier rules.
Automated Summaries
Automated lead summaries and suggested replies are provided to help business owners respond faster. Businesses should review suggested replies before sending them.
Availability
The service depends on third-party providers including telephone and messaging carriers, data storage, text processing, and hosting infrastructure. Delivery and availability are not guaranteed.
Contact
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Questions about a specific messaging program should be directed to the business through the number on its public profile or by replying HELP.
